When cooked, each slender pearl-white grain elongates dramatically to over 18mm while remaining distinct and non-sticky.

Ideal for celebratory feast dishes such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Kashmiri Pulao, and classic Jeera Rice. Sortex-cleaned under optical scanners to eliminate broken tips, chalky kernels, and foreign impurities.
