As the concentrated syrup cools, it is continuously churned and hand-worked into fine, velvety, snow-like soft granules. Unlike commercial icing sugar blended with cornstarch, our Desi Bura is 100% pure raw cane sugar with zero starch additives.

Its distinctive granular crumb structure prevents ghee from turning greasy or dense, ensuring laddus melt blissfully on the tongue.
