Rajasthani Unpolished Moong Dal Dhuli

• 100% Unpolished
• Lightest & Easiest to Digest
• Quick Cooking
• Ayurvedic Healing Food

Voriq Unpolished Moong Dal Dhuli consists of de-husked, split yellow green gram harvested from Rajasthan's prime pulse belts. Revered across Ayurvedic wisdom as the lightest and most balanced of all lentils, suitable for all ages and convalescents. Does not undergo chemical polishing or artificial coloring, retaining its natural pale golden hue and organic integrity.

Highly rich in bioavailable plant protein, potassium, and magnesium while being exceptionally gentle on sensitive digestion. Cooks rapidly into a velvety, comforting consistency, making it the gold standard for gut-healing Moong Dal Khichdi. Soak and grind it to whip up protein-packed breakfast Moong Dal Cheelas or slow-cook with desi ghee for royal Moong Dal Halwa.

Meticulously sortex-cleaned through electronic optical sorting machines to remove foreign debris, stones, and weed seeds. Packed under hygienic conditions in heavy moisture-barrier pouches that lock in natural farm freshness. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry kitchen cupboard.
