Kashmiri Chitra Rajma

• Kashmiri Chitra Variety
• Melts Soft & Buttery
• Thick Natural Gravy
• 100% Unpolished

Voriq Kashmiri Chitra Rajma is grown in the cool, elevated mountain valleys of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Distinguished by its attractive beige skin speckled with crimson flecks, it is celebrated as the sweetest of all kidney beans. Unlike hard plain red rajma that requires prolonged cooking, Chitra rajma softens easily into a melting, butter-soft interior.

Its natural starches dissolve into the cooking broth, creating a thick, glossy, naturally rich gravy without cornstarch. The indisputable champion pulse for crafting iconic North Indian Sunday feast dishes like steaming Rajma Chawal. Abundant in high-quality plant-based protein, magnesium, and dietary fiber, supporting heart health and muscle maintenance.

Completely chemical-free, untreated with artificial color enhancers or petroleum polishing oils. Screened by optical sorting machines to remove foreign debris and broken seeds, guaranteeing prime beans. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard.
