Marathwada Unpolished Toor Dal

• 100% Unpolished
• Zero Oil/Water/Leather Polish
• High Plant Protein
• Authentic Dal Tadka Flavor

Voriq Unpolished Toor Dal is grown by traditional farmer cooperatives in the sun-drenched fertile soils of Maharashtra. Unlike commercial polished dals treated with water, oil, or harmful talc polish, our dal remains 100% natural and unadulterated. Leaving the dal unpolished ensures that natural nutrients, outer protein layers, and wholesome taste remain fully intact.

Boasts an exceptional plant-based protein content, making it an indispensable daily protein source for vegetarian families. Cooks into a creamy, comforting, and fragrant dal that melts smoothly when tempered with ghee, jeera, hing, and garlic. Essential for authentic homestyle Dal Tadka, Gujarati sweet-tangy khatti meethi dal, and aromatic South Indian sambar.

Machine-cleaned and sortex-graded under stringent quality protocols to eliminate stones, dust, and immature grains. Packaged in heavy-duty food-safe poly bags that guard against humidity and keep the grains fresh and insect-free. Store in an airtight container in a dry and clean kitchen cabinet.
