A blend of millet flours ground together so the dough behaves better than any single millet flour does on its own.
Easier to handle than plain ragi or bajra while still being free of wheat. Works for rotis, thalipeeth and savoury pancakes. Exact proportions are printed on the pack.
Keep in an airtight container away from heat. Use within two months of opening.
